We carefully select the candidates by assessing them through Psychometric tests, technical tests, interviews and assessments.

The selected resources will undergo training and development through SteadFast curriculum and are professionally assessed after the training. We have separate curriculum for Manual, Automation(C#, JAVA, NLP) and Nonfunctional.

The filtered resources will be placed without clients. Each resource will have a dedicated mentor to support them.

Every step of the way, we’ll support them through a combination of structured training, on-the-job learning, and mentorship.

Whether they are experiencing different areas of our business or different major projects, they will always have opportunities to develop and grow. We’ll help nurture rock solid foundations so that they overcome and deliver during challenging times.

They will be assigned a Quality Manager to guide their progression. They will agree a planned course of action with them and provide all the necessary means to achieve their commitments.

They will have the opportunity to sample different roles, each offering a broad range of challenging responsibilities.

Graduate program will help to ramp-up the teams with in short span of time without hampering the quality, if required.
